JC's Birthday Party

Despite being sick the kids were well enough in the evening to enjoy JC's birthday cake and celebrate with smiles. JC insisted on a Superman cake, a problem easily corrected with a little extra icing.

Birthday Flu

The poor kid vomited all day yesterday and is still feeling it. Everyone in the house is sick but it is only him sick on his birthday.

Thanksgiving

Naturally the first thing we did on Thanksgiving was put up the tree. Then we watched the parade while we prepared to go out. We went to Grammy's house for a great Thanksgiving dinner and to watch JC 'bond' with Grandpop. More pictures in the album.

Happy Birthday Melissa

For Melissa's birthday she could have had anything she wanted, but she has thanksgiving on the brain from school so she wanted Turkey. Knowing better I also got chicken from Boston Market which is what she really wanted. Then we celebrated with a Turkey birthday ice cream cake from Brusters.

Puzzles

As JC has been improving his behavior mom has been picking up positive reinforcement ammunition at the dollar store. Today we did a Spiderman puzzle.

Halloween

Halloween started with JC's preschool parade. He wasn't completely sold on the disruption to his regular day but when it was over we think he was glad he did it.





When 7:00 came around it was time for trick or treating. Melissa chose to be a firefighter this year. After the main event JC posed super hero style for some more pictures.
